ABOUT
Darren first began performing at the age of 11 when he joined his local youth theatre. It was here that he found his love for performing, staring in musicals such as ‘Guys & Dolls’, ‘Annie’, and ‘Little Shop of Horrors’.
During his time at school Darren was always involved in the arts taking lead roles in musicals such as ‘The Beggar’s Opera’ and ‘Sweeney Todd’, and performing in venues such as the London Palladium and the Royal Albert Hall. As a musician Darren was a member of classical and jazz ensembles, and part of a very successful Gospel Choir with whom he toured to Prague and Greece.
After successfully completing his A Levels, Darren went to study at East 15 Acting School for a year. Although securing a place on the 3 year course, he then took a year out to travel the world before attending the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. After training for 3 years in all aspects of dance, acting, and singing, he graduated in July 2008.
Since then Darren has been based in London but worked on various projects throughout the world.
